A mayor fuerza sectorial (interno de la insitución) sin oposición, mayor debilitamiento institucional. Ejemplo: a mayor fuerza de "sector político (sin oposición)", mayor debilitamiento de la institución "democracia (?)" o "nación".

El pueblo, siempre el pueblo

El pueblo no necesita a YPF, ni que sea pública o privada.
El pueblo tampoco necesita petróleo.
El pueblo necesita nafta, gas, energía, caminos... todas las cosas que le permiten al pueblo trabajar, hoy y trabajar mañana. Trabajo para nosotros y trabajo para nuestros hijos.
Eso necesitamos el pueblo, venga de donde venga.
La dirigencia capaz es la que transforma el potencial nacional en acto.

So what is a complex system? The field is still very new and there is no agreement about terms and terminology but the following quotes start to give a flavour:
